Repair Strategy
N.B. Please contact our office before sending any units back for repair.
We now have a set fee for Initial Fault Diagnosis. This covers the first hour of Diagnosis. This is chargeable whether or not a fault is found. If a repair is carried out by us, this initial fee is deducted from the repair cost.
A Quotation for Repair may be obtained by emailing our office. High-quality repair services are provided by Manatronics own Technicians at the Manatronics Service Centre. Using new or “like-new” genuine Manatronics parts. Fixed prices depending on the model.
For Repairs Typical Turn-Around-Time is 20 working days.

Exchange Unit
Instrument exchange from the Manatronics Service Centre, is available for specific models, at fixed prices. Your old unit must be serviceable. This is available for specific models, at fixed prices. A Quotation for an Exchange Unit may be obtained by emailing our office. Standard method: Send your unit to the Manatronics Service Centre and receive a new or refurbished replacement unit.
For an Exchange Unit, Typical Turn-Around-Time is 10 working days.

Trade-in Policy
Buy a new unit from us, at typically a 15% discount, when you send us your old unit. Your old unit must be serviceable. This is available for specific models, at fixed prices. A Quotation for a “Trade-in” may be obtained by emailing our office. Standard method: Send your unit to the Manatronics Service Centre and receive a new replacement unit.
For an New Unit, Typical Turn-Around-Time is 20 working days.
